::: Although Wall Pilot LLC is a relatively new company using an incredible new art medium we are truly years in the making. Founded by retired USAF Lt Col, Mark Hasara, in 2008, Wall Pilot is really the combination of three of his life long passions. Building fine scale models , aviation photography, and aviation art.

Mark started building fine scale models at a young age. From the very beginning artistic quality and authenticity was an important factor to him, as opposed to his brother who combined model kits into ill formed spaceships.

In 1985, Mark followed in his grandfather and uncle's footsteps to become a pilot. He invested in aviation art prints with his first paycheck. While stationed in Okinawa, Japan he was introduced to Randy Jolly who in turn introduced him to the art of aviation photography (pre digital era).

Over the years Mark developed strong relationships with numerous model detail companies, artists, and photographers. He loves to supply photos and stories behind real life events which in turn are produced into books, detail kits and art work.

Leaving the Air Force after twenty four years of service Mark's wife, Valerie, set out to find a way to make it possible for the family to retire with Marks passion. We want to do our part to preserve aviation history for generations to come.
